Louise is a Master Resume Writer (MRW), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC), Certified Interview Professional (CIP), and Credentialed Career Manager (CCM). She is a frequent speaker and trainer to both professional and jobseeker audiences. 

Jan has been helping clients—from new graduates to C-suite executives—for 25+ years. She earned her master's degree from Wesleyan University and holds two undergraduate degrees in business. Jan is the Assistant Program Director at the University of South Florida and teaches English and business at Bay Path University and formerly USF. In addition to her books with Louise, her other titles—including her novel, “Telling Tales: On Merlin’s Island”—are available on Amazon.
